Follow-up Sessions

In following sessions, we focus on your goals, and the the support, education, and accountability you need for long-lasting habits. We monitor your progress, adjust your plan, overcome obstacles together, and set new, attainable goals. We'll cover a range of topics, including basic nutrition science, personalized food and supplement recommendations, grocery shopping ideas and recipes, nutrition myth-busting, and healthy living hacks and tips.
