Chella Po, MS, RD

Hi! I am Chella, a US-registered dietitian and nutrition coach, based in Manila, the Philippines. I hold a Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from New York University and have returned to my home after a decade in the US to share my knowledge and expertise.

You might hear “nutrition” and think of perfect, clean, healthy eating, but I believe in a non-dieting, realistic approach to help my clients achieve and sustain their health and wellness goals. To me, good nutrition is a powerful tool and an important form of self-care. Once I discovered how good I could feel by eating well, I had to share it!

In a world obsessed with fad diets and quick fixes, I strive to empower my clients with knowledge and tools to develop a healthy relationship with food and their bodies, while navigating the challenges of the food environment. In the past, I have been stuck in a dieting mindset, and I now believe that health is more than just numbers on a scale or removing foods from your plate.

I am here to support you every step of the way on your journey to a healthier and happier you. Whether you're looking to manage a specific health condition, improve your relationship with food, or enhance your overall well-being, I am committed to providing you with compassionate guidance and practical tools to reach your goals.

Outside of my work, I enjoy traveling, practicing yoga, going to the gym, playing tennis, and hanging out with my friends, family, and dogs. I’m working on experimenting more in the kitchen, especially when it involves my favorite foods - veggies and chocolate.
