CANCELLATION POLICY
1, Lateness - Due to tight scheduling, I may not be able to make up the time if we begin late. Please be on time for your appointment to make the most of our time together.
2, Appointment Cancellations or Rescheduling - Please let me know by text message/email/phone at least 24 hours before your appointment time, so I may give your spot to another client. Late cancellations/rescheduling will be charged a cancellation fee of P1000. In case of an emergency or exceptional circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible.
3, Missed appointments - You will be charged the cancellation fee of P1000. In case of an emergency or exceptional circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible.
4, Packages - Once purchased, all package sales are considered final and sessions must be used within 1 year of purchase date.
